What affects your cleaning quote?
Two homes with the same number of rooms can need different amounts of work. Give us the approximate area and the surfaces you want included. Describe stains, odors, stairs, furniture and anything that limits access. We discuss the scope and confirm the price before work begins.

How to estimate square footage
For a rectangular room, multiply length by width in feet. A room that is 12 feet by 15 feet is approximately 180 square feet. Measure separate sections of an L-shaped room and add them together. List stairs separately; do not turn a stair count into an assumed room size.
Measurements are for planning, not a price calculation. If you cannot measure, describe the rooms and say the dimensions are unknown. We can discuss what needs checking before confirming a quote.
For sofas and sectionals, describe the piece
“One couch” can mean a two-seat sofa or a large sectional with a chaise. Tell us the number of sections and seats, whether cushions are loose, and which other pieces—such as chairs or ottomans—you want included. Share care-label details if known; fabric suitability is assessed before the method is agreed.
Before a condo or managed-property visit
